摘　　要：该文首先阐述了发动机扭矩的定义、扭矩波动的危害,说明分析发动机台架试验扭矩波动原因的重要意义;然后从发动机燃烧、喷油、进排气及试验设备等多个方面对发动机台架试验扭矩波动的原因进行分析,并提出相对应的排查方法;最后通过典型案例展示不同因素对发动机扭矩产生的影响,为发动机台架试验过程中出现扭矩波动的异常现象提供排查思路。This article first expounds the definition of engine torque,the harm of torque fluctuation,and explains the significance of analyzing the causes for torque fluctuation in engine bench test;The causes for the torque fluctuations in the test are analyzed,and corresponding troubleshooting methods are proposed.Finally,the influence of different factors on the engine torque is shown through typical cases,so as to provide troubleshooting ideas for the abnormal phenomenon of torque fluctuations during the engine bench test.
