摘 要:该文对车载空调电控系统的组成进行了介绍,简要叙述了系统各元部件的工作原理及功能,详细讲述了3种数据线和总线的诊断通信方式以及检修方法。一般情况下,故障诊断时首先确定控制模块的电源线、接地线、诊断数据线正常工作,数据线和总线的不良会产生很多故障症状,检修难度较大,因此多采用CAN总线的诊断通信方式。该文针对2个控制模块与CAN总线相连以及3个或以上控制模块与CAN总线相连的两种情况下的电控系统故障进行分析,给出了相对应的检修方法,对空调电控系统的维修具有借鉴意义。This paper introduces the composition of the vehicle air-conditioning electronic control system,briefly describes the working principle and function of each component of the system,and describes in detail the diagnosis and communication methods and maintenance methods of three data lines and buses.Under normal circumstances,when diagnosing faults,first make sure that the power line,grounding line,and diagnostic data line of the control module are working properly.Poor data lines and buses will cause many fault symptoms,making maintenance more difficult.Therefbre,the CAN bus diagnostic communication method is often used.This paper analyzes the failure of the electronic control system in two cases where two control modules are connected to the CAN bus and three or more control modules are connected to the CAN bus,and gives the corresponding maintenance methods.Instructive.
