摘 要:随着经济的持续发展,汽车消费市场日趋成熟,作为具有标志性意义的整车匹配越来越受到人们的重视,其结果成为汽车制造水平最直接的外在表现,对顾客来说具有第一印象的重要作用。如何实现白车身精度与整车匹配效果之间的平衡性和合理性,精度测量公差值就成了一个关键的评价标准,是一个既有静态又有动态的复杂系统,需要阶段性进行管控。鉴于此,该文对白车身精度的阶段性调整制进行了分析探讨。With the continuous development of economy,the automobile consumption market is becoming more and more mature.As a symbolic vehicle matching,people pay more and more attention to it.The result has become the most direct external performance of automobile manufacturing level and plays an important role in the first impression of customers.How to achieve the balance and rationality between body-in-white accuracy and vehicle matching effect,precision measurement tolerance value has become a key evaluation standard,which is a complex system with both static and dynamic,and needs to be controlled periodically.In view of this,this paper analyzes and discusses the phased adjustment system of biw precision,just for reference.
