摘  要:06Cr19Ni10不锈钢焊接水箱注水试验3个月即发生腐蚀并穿孔漏水。通过对水质与成分、金相组织、腐蚀孔SEM形貌、TEM微观结构、X射线衍射、电化学分析与点蚀模拟试验,研究了该水箱发生腐蚀穿孔的原因,并对06Cr19Ni10不锈钢的点蚀机理进行了分析探讨。结果表明:母材的Ecorr低于焊接飞溅是导致水箱发生点蚀的首要原因;形变诱发的马氏体对06Cr19Ni10热轧不锈钢水箱的抗点蚀性能影响不利;条状铁素体及板条状马氏体位错缠结是腐蚀沿轧制方向呈纤维状的主要原因。Corrosion and leakage occurred on the 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel welded water tank after three months of water injection test. The factors causing corrosion and leakage were investigated by water quality and water tank material inspection,microstructure analysis,observation of corrosion hole SEM morphology,TEM observation,XRD observation,polarization curve analysis and pitting corrosion simulation experimentation,and the pitting mechanism of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel was analyzed and discussed. The results show that the lower corrosion potential of base metal than that of welding spatter is the primary reason for the occurrence of pitting corrosion. Additionally the presence of deformation-induced martensite has an adverse effect on the pitting corrosion performance of the 06Cr19Ni10 hot-rolled stainless steel water tank. The filamentary corrosion along the rolling direction is mainly caused by ferrite and dislocation tangling zone of lath martensite.
