摘 要:应用于大型无人机、电动汽车上的大功率电机控制器,正常运行时晶闸管往往处于高频通断状态且流过的电流大,易发生驱动电流对控制信号干扰,逆变回路中晶闸管的误动作,以及当晶闸管过流、过热时造成的损坏等,从而导致电机无法启动或停转。对大功率电机的运行故障进行分析,提出添加滤波电容,设计故障报警系统,并联多个晶闸管,设计有针对性的PCB等措施,提升了控制器的稳定性,并以基于MC33035的无刷直流电机控制器为例进行仿真,连接驱动电流为80 A的大功率电机。在电机正常运行时,对各部分实施波形监测,通过监测结果验证了稳定性措施的合理性。The high-power motor controller used in large UAV and electric vehicle is usually in high-frequency on-off state when it is in normal operation,and the current flowing through it is large.It is easy to cause the interference of driving current to control signal,the false start of transistors in DC-AV converters,and the damage caused by over-current and overheating of transistors,resulting in the motor unable to start or stop.According to the operation fault analysis of high-power motor,the measures such as adding filter capacitor,designing fault alarm system,several transistors parallel connection and targeted PCB layout are proposed to improve the stability of the controller.Taking the brushless DC motor controller based on MC33035 as an example,the high-power motor with driving current of 80A is connected.When the motor operates normally,the waveform of each part is monitored.The rationality of the stability measures is verified by the monitoring results.
