高炉紧凑式矿焦槽技术的发展和应用

摘  要:以沙钢5800 m^(3)高炉、马钢3200 m^(3)高炉、某3200 m^(3)高炉A、某3200 m^(3)高炉B、龙钢3号和4号1800 m^(3)高炉、晋南钢铁一期1号和2号1860 m^(3)高炉、某高炉C/D/E/F、某2×2950 m^(3)高炉G和H八个工程为案例,从炉料结构、矿焦槽数量及贮存时间、系统作业率及正常料批重时的供料能力、矿焦槽平面布置、矿焦槽占地面积、原燃料筛分及称量、焦丁回收和矿丁回收的布置方式、槽下皮带机的选用和设计原则、上料系统是采用皮带机上料还是料车上料的方式等方面,阐述了高炉紧凑式矿焦槽技术的特点及发展趋势。In this article,the eight project cases are taken as examples:Shagang 5800 m^(3) blast furnace,Masteel 3200 m^(3) blast furnace,a 3200 m^(3) blast furnace A,a 3200 m^(3) blast furnace B,Longsteel 1800 m^(3) blast furnaces No.3 and No.4,Jinnansteel 1st phase 1860 m^(3) blast furnaces No.1 and No.2,blast furnaces C/D/E/F and 2×2950 m^(3) blast furnaces G/H to state the characteristic and development trend of compact stock house technology for blast furnace,in terms of furnace material burden structure,quantity of the ore and coke bins,the storage time of stock house,system availability,system feeding capacity while in normal batches,plan layout of the stock house,area of the stock house,screening and weighing of the raw and fuel material,layout method of coke nut return and ore nut return,choosing and designing principle of the belt conveyor under the bins,solution of charging system,etc.
