摘  要:日钢炉渣铝含量偏高,高炉通过配加蛇纹石调节炉渣镁铝比。2021年7月,烧结矿MgO含量由2.2%提高到3.2%~3.4%,高炉停配了蛇纹石,稳定炉渣R4按照1.0~1.05,镁铝比控制目标提高到0.75。生产过程中烧结矿质量稳定且有改善,高炉炉况顺行,燃料比降低,取得了较好的经济指标。The aluminum content in slag of RiZhao Steel is high.Mg/Al in the blast furnace slag was adjusted by consuming serpentine.The MgO content of sinter was increased from 2.2%to 3.2%~3.4%in July 2021,serpentine was removed from the blast furnace,and R4 of slag was controlled with 1.0~1.05,the ratio of Mg/Al was controlled to 0.75.During the production process,the sinter quality is stable and improved,the blast furnace condition is smooth,the fuel ratio is reduced,and good economic indexes are obtained.
