摘　　要：通过C3×6美标槽钢与国标槽钢的对比分析,找到了C3×6美标槽钢轧制要面临的突出问题,详细论证了应采取的技术策略,介绍了过程中所采取和实施的有效技术措施。在相应工作的基础上,保证了C3×6美标槽钢的成功开发,除了针对遇到的具体问题综合完成了一系列优化设计,还首创了双控制孔型系统技术。Through the comparative analysis of C3×6 American channel steel and GB channel steel,the outstanding problems faced by C3×6 American channel steel rolling is found out,the technical strategies to be adopted is demonstrated in detail,and the effective technical measures adopted and implemented in the process is introduced.On the basis of the corresponding work,the successful development of C3×6 American channel steel is ensured,which effectively meets the needs of users.A series of optimization designs have been comprehensively completed in view of the specific problems encountered,and the double-control pass system technology has also been pioneered.
