摘  要:为获得一种以薄荷精油为主要抗菌成分且稳定性高的纳米乳剂,利用粒径大小、Turbiscan扫描光谱及微观结构等表征方法,比较不同剪切时间、不同表面活性剂含量及不同表面活性剂配比对纳米乳剂稳定性的影响;同时,采用琼脂稀释法探究薄荷精油纳米乳剂对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用。结果表明:在薄荷精油含量为10%、表面活性剂含量为8%且Tween-80和EL-20比例为3∶1时,所制备的纳米乳剂液滴平均粒径小,且液滴分布均匀,稳定性最好。抑菌结果表明该处方下制备的薄荷精油纳米乳剂对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌具有90%的抑制作用。这一研究为薄荷精油纳米乳剂处方的快速筛选及体外抗菌应用提供了一定的参考。In order to obtain a nanoemulsion with peppermint oil as the main antibacterial component and high stability,the effects of shear time,surfactant content and surfactant ratio on the stability of nanoemulsion were compared by means of droplet size,Turbiscan scanning spectrum and microstructure.At the same time,agar dilution method was used to explore the inhibitory effect of peppermint oil nanoemulsion on methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA).The results showed that at 10%peppermint oil,8%surfactant and 3∶1 ratio of Tween-80∶EL-20,the backscattered light intensity of the prepared nanoemulsions changed slightly,the mean droplet size was small and the droplet distribution was uniform with the best stability,and the inhibition results indicated that the peppermint oil nanoemulsion prepared under this prescription had 90%inhibition of MRSA.This paper provides a reference for the rapid screening of peppermint oil nanoemulsions for prescription and in vitro antibacterial applications.
