摘  要:为研究全缘兔耳草不同萃取部位黄酮和环烯醚萜苷含量及其抗氧化和抗乙酰胆碱酯酶(acetylcholinesterase,AChE)活性,采用紫外可见分光光度法测定全缘兔耳草不同萃取部位黄酮和环烯醚萜苷含量。以加兰他敏为阳性对照,采用AChE抑制试验,评价不同萃取部位AChE抑制活性。以维生素C为阳性对照,采用DPPH和ABTS法评价不同萃取部位抗氧化活性。结果表明:乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位黄酮和环烯醚萜苷含量显著高于石油醚部位;乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位抗氧化和抗AChE活性也显著高于石油醚部位。皮尔森相关分析表明,全缘兔耳草黄酮和环烯醚萜苷含量与抗氧化和AChE抑制活性呈显著的正相关,提示黄酮类和环烯醚萜苷类成分可能是全缘兔耳草发挥抗氧化和抑制AChE作用的活性成分。The contents of flavonoids and iridoid glycosides of different extraction sites of Lagotis integra and its antioxidant and acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activities were studied.An UV-visible spectrophotometry was used to measure the flavonoid and total iridoid glycoside contents of different extraction sites of L.integra.With galanthamine as a positive control,an acetylcholinesterase inhibition experiment was used to evaluate the acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity of different extraction sites.With Vitamin C as a positive control,DPPH and ABTS assays were carried out to evaluate the antioxidant activities of different extraction sites.The results showed that the contents of flavonoids and iridoid glycosides of ethyl acetate and n-butanol parts were significantly higher than those of petroleum ether.In addition,the antioxidant and acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activities of ethyl acetate and n-butanol parts were also significantly stronger than those of petroleum ether part.Results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that there were significant positive correlations between the contents of flavonoids/iridoid glycosides and antioxidant/acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activities,indicating that flavonoids and iridoid glycosides may be the active constituents,which exert the antioxidant and acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activities of L.integra.
