摘  要:本文依托北京某环路改造工程盾构段联络通道工程,采用ABAQUS软件模拟冻结-矿山法修建联络通道时,主体结构的变形和应力情况,探究联络通道开洞、地层加固、不同冻胀力荷载等因素对超大直径盾构隧道的影响。研究结果表明:1)随着冻胀力荷载的增大,隧道断面变形减少,且对横向变形的影响大于竖向变形;2)联络通道开口引起结构型式发生改变,进而改变了结构的应力分布,使开口两侧的衬砌压应力集中更显著;3)冻胀力越大,衬砌的应力集中现象更明显,因此在施工中应注意监测冻胀力,避免其过大影响结构安全。Based on the cross-passage construction of the shield tunnel section of a Ring Road project in Beijing,the displacement and stress states of the main tunnel were studied,applying ABAQUS to simulate the construction process of the cross-passages by freezing-mining method.Influence factors of the opening of the crosspassage,ground grouting and different frost heaving forces were discussed.The research results showed that:1)With the increase of the frost heaving force,the horizontal ellipse trend of the main tunnel was reduced,and the horizontal deformation was influenced greater than vertical deformation;2)Structural type was changed due to the opening of the cross-passage,which changed the distribution of the stress,inducing compressive stress concentration at the both sides of opening;3)Frost heaving force intensified the stress concentration,so it is necessary to monitor the frost heaving force to avoid its harmful impact on safety.
