中医辨证施护在脑出血并发肺部感染患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨脑出血并发肺部感染患者应用中医辨证施护的效果。方法回顾性分析2019年7月至2020年7月广西医科大学第一附属医院收治的100例脑出血并发肺部感染患者的临床资料,根据护理方法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组采取传统护理模式,观察组基于传统护理开展中医辨证施护。比较2组患者的日常生活能力、神经功能缺损程度、生活质量和护理满意度。结果2组患者在护理1周和2周后的Barthel指数及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均较护理前升高,护理2周后的上述评分均较护理1周后明显升高,且观察组的上述评分均较同期对照组更优,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。2组患者在护理2周后的物质生活、心理功能等生活质量评分均较护理前更高,且观察组的生活质量综合评估问卷各维度评分和各项护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论将中医辨证施护应用于脑出血并发肺部感染患者中,可改善其神经功能,提升其整体生活质量、日常生活能力和护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing on patients with intracerebral hemorrhage complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and pulmonary infection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2019 to July 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into a control group(50 cases)and an observation group(50 cases)according to the nursing methods.The control group carried out traditional nursing mode,while the observation group carried out traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing based on traditional nursing.The activities of daily living,neurologic deficit degree,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The Barthel index and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores of the two groups after 1 and 2 weeks of nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the above scores after 2 weeks of nursing were significantly higher than those after 1 week of nursing(all P<0.05).The above scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group on the corresponding period(all P<0.05).After 2 weeks of nursing,the scores of quality of life such as material life and psychological function in the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the scores of various dimensions of the generic quality of life inventory-74 and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage complicated with pulmonary infection can improve their neurological function,overall quality of life,activities of daily living,and nursing satisfaction.
