中药止痛散穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆护理对癌痛患者的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中药止痛散穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆护理在癌痛患者中的应用效果。方法以泰安市肿瘤防治院于2018年5月至2020年5月收治的96例癌痛患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组48例患者予以常规护理干预,观察组48例患者在常规护理的基础上予以中药止痛散穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆辅助干预。比较2组患者的疼痛程度、便秘情况、心理状况及生活质量。结果干预2周及1个月后,2组的疼痛数字评价量表(NRS)、便秘临床评分量表(CCS)评分均低于干预前(P均<0.05);干预1个月后,2组的NRS、CCS评分均低于干预2周后(P均<0.05);观察组的上述评分均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。干预1个月后,2组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)均低于干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组均较对照组更低(P均<0.05)。干预1个月后,2组的社会、生理、环境及心理领域评分均高于干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组均较对照组更高(P均<0.05)。结论中药止痛散穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆护理能够减轻癌症患者的疼痛及便秘程度,改善其心理状况及生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine analgesic powder acupoint application combined with auricular acupoint pressing with beans in patients with cancer pain.Methods A total of 96 patients with cancer pain who were admitted to Tai'an Tumor Prevention and Treatment Hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were enrolled.They were allocated into two groups according to the random number table method.The 48 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the 48 patients in the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine analgesic powder acupoint application combined with auricular acupoint pressing with beans on the basis of routine nursing.The pain degree,constipation,psychological status,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks and 1 month of intervention,the numerical rating scale(NRS)score and Cleveland constipation score(CCS)of the two groups were lower than those before intervention(all P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the NRS and CCS scores of the two groups were lower than those after 2 weeks of intervention(all P<0.05).The above scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention(all P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the scores of social,physical,environmental,and psychological domains in the two groups were higher than those before intervention(all P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing of traditional Chinese medicine analgesic powder acupoint application combined with auricular acupoint pressing with beans can reduce the pain and constipation degree of cancer patients,and improve their psychological status and q
