摘  要:为降低下水作业成本,减少污染,以某小型军事辅助船为例,对采用龙门起重吊机进行整体吊装下水的方案进行介绍。对吊装下水的工艺方法、受力特点、安全性保障措施等进行分析。结果表明:船舶下水过程安全可靠,可满足设计要求。研究成果可为船舶吊装下水作业提供一定参考。In order to cut the cost of launching operation and reduce pollution,taking a small military auxiliary ship as an example,the scheme of using gantry crane for overall lifting and launching is introduced.The process method,force characteristics and safety guarantee of lifting and launching are analyzed.The results show that the ship launching process is safe and reliable,and can meet the design requirements.The research results can provide some references for ship lifting and launching operations.
