图书馆高质量发展的要素解析

摘　　要：高质量发展已成为我国社会发展的新常态,图书馆界也已开始思考和规划自身的高质量发展之路。文章在高质量发展观的指引下,结合《关于推动公共文化服务高质量发展的意见》中的核心要义,从图书馆的要素和本质出发,分析了图书馆高质量发展的高禀赋、高素质、高效率和高品质4大核心要素和高标准、高科技2大保障性要素,并阐述了各要素的相关内容,描绘了图书馆高质量发展的未来方向。The high-quality development has become the new normal of China's social development,and libraries in China have also begun to think about and plan the path of high-quality development.Under the guidance of the concept of high-quality development,combining the core elements in Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Public Cultural Services,from the perspective of elements and nature of libraries,this article analyzes the four core elements(high endowment,high competent,high efficiency and high quality)and the two guaranteed elements(high standard and high technology),expounds the relevant content of each element,and depicts the future direction of the high-quality development of libraries.
