摘 要:由SARS-CoV-2病毒引发的新冠肺炎造成了全球范围内的疫情爆发,政府、企业和科研机构都致力于遏制新冠肺炎疫情的蔓延。人工智能作为一种大数据驱动的知识学习技术,被广泛应用于疫情防控的诸多方面,如疾病检测、药物和疫苗研究以及疫情传播预测等。基于人工智能方法的模型有助于改进病毒在人群中的传播模式,识别并预测疫情在不同地理位置的爆发情况。首先,对用于抗击新冠肺炎的人工智能算法进行综述,包括机器学习算法和深度学习算法;总结了人工智能技术在后疫情时代中的各项应用;最后,讨论了人工智能技术在传染病疫情防控中所面临的主要挑战和潜在的发展方向。COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus has made a global outbreak,and governments,enterprises and scientific research organizations devote themselves to prevent the spreadof COVID-19.As a big data driven knowledge learning technology,artificial intelligence is widely used in various aspects of epidemic prevention and control,such as disease detection,medicine and vaccine development,and epidemic transmission prediction.The model based on artificial intelligence is helpful in improving the virus transmission pattern and predicting the outbreak of the epidemic in different geographical locations.Firstly,artificial intelligence algorithms used for COVID-19 are reviewed,including machine learning and deep learning algorithms.Secondly,the applications of artificial intelligence techniques in the post-epidemic era are summarized.Finally,the main challenges and potential development directions of artificial intelligence in the prevention and control of infectious diseases are discussed.
