摘　　要：该文梳理介绍了国家及广东省水利工程设计费取费依据,并重点对广东省最新发布的水利工程设计收费标准进行解读,从设计收费计费额、设计收费基价计算方法、调整系数等方面与国家2002版设计收费标准进行差异分析,实例计算将两种收费标准的变化具体化。通过深入剖析水利行业发展现状,指出广东地区最新水利工程设计收费标准存在的主要问题并提出相关建议。This article summarizes the national and Guangdong Province design charging standards of hydraulic engineering.It focuses on the interpretation of the latest design charging standards in Guangdong Province,and analyzes the differences with the 2002 version of the national design charging standards in terms of the design charging amount,calculation method for design changing base price and adjustment coefficients.The instance calculation materializes the changes of the two charging standards.Through in-depth analysis of the development status of the water conservancy industry,the main problems of the latest design charging standards of Hydraulic Engineering in Guangdong are pointed out and relevant suggestions are put forward.
