摘　　要：结合现有已实施的方舱医院项目,对利用室外场地建设方舱医院的结构设计进行介绍和分析。从场地条件出发,分析了选址要求、不同条件下的基础方案及特殊情况下的基础处理措施;从装配式结构体系出发,介绍了集装箱模块和活动板房模块在方舱医院中运用的设计方法,包括结构体系介绍、荷载取值、计算分析、节点设计等;探讨了方舱医院项目结构的工作年限、延长使用年限和改造为其他建筑的可行性。室外场地上建设的方舱医院,受场地条件、建设资金及建设周期等条件的影响,设计的基础条件是变化和多样的,可为今后应急、抢险项目的设计提供一定的借鉴。Based on the existing project of mobile cabin hospital, the structural design of outdoor site construction of mobile cabin hospital was introduced and analyzed. The site selection requirements and the basic schemes under different conditions are analyzed with the site conditions, In addition, the basic treatment measures under special conditions are presented. Combined with the assembled structural system, the design method of container module and movable board module in the mobile cabin hospital are raised, including the structural system introduction, load value, calculation and analysis, node design, etc. Moreover, the working life of the shelter structure, the feasibility of extending the service life and transforming into other buildings are also discussed.Affected by site conditions, construction funds and construction period, the basic conditions for the design of mobile cabin hospital built on outdoor sites are varied and diversified. Some references about the design of emergency and rescue projects are provided in this paper.
