离心式压缩机调速控制及转速冗余设置研究

摘　　要：压缩机组是炼化行业生产过程中的重要一环,机组的调速控制能帮助机组运行在正常工况下并满足工艺要求。而机组的转速信号是检测、判断离心式压缩机运行状态、参与机组调速控制的重要信号。阐明了压缩机组的调速控制对保障机组正常稳定运行的重要性,分析了机组键相和转速测量实际情况,针对压缩机转速突然为零的情况提出了相应的解决方案,对操控压缩机组正常运行具有一定的指导意义。Compressor unit is an important part of petrochemical industry production process.The speed control of compressor unit makes the unit run in normal condition to meet the requirements of process production.The unit speed signal is an important signal to detect and judge the operation state of centrifugal compressor and participate in the unit speed control.It is very important to study and analyze the speed control of compressor unit to ensure the normal and stable operation of the unit.For the speed signal failure in unit operation,not only the field instrument should be dealt with,but also the influence of the failure should be avoided in software.The speed control of centrifugal compressor based on Triconex ITCC system and the influence of speed failure on speed control are analyzed,and the measures for dealing with speed failure in software are studied.
