摘　　要：《酸性电解水生成器卫生要求》(GB 28234-2020)标准规定了酸性电解水生成器和酸性电解水的技术要求、应用范围、使用方法、运输、贮存和包装、标识、检验方法。为配合该标准的宣贯实施,本文对标准修订背景、修订原则、修订内容,以及技术指标修订依据进行解读。The standard of Hygienic Requirements for Acidic Electrolyzed Water Generator(GB 28234-2020)specifies the technical requirements,range of application,methods of application,transportation,storage and packaging,labeling,and method of inspection of acidic electrolyzed water generator and acidic electrolyzed water.In order to cooperate with the publicity and implementation of this standard,this article introduces the background,principles,and contents of revision and the revision basis for the technical indicators of the standard.
