摘　　要：针对磨床西门子数控系统,采用ibaPDA系统方案实现磨床运行数据采集和故障诊断。该方案选型合理、功能完备并且冗余了升级空间,对实现磨辊车间智能化、信息化以及对企业推进智能制造具有重要意义。In this paper,an ibaPDA scheme is implemented to the grinder for data acquisition and diagnostics.The scheme is recognized with its refinement,suitability and extendability.It makes significant contribution to the automation and connectivity of the grinding workshop,as well as builds up the intelligent manufacturing capabilities.
