摘  要:采用交流恒流注入、相位电压转换和小信号精密测量技术,设计一套锂电池内阻在线智能测量装置。对锂电池进行多次内阻测试和分析对比,结果表明,该装置与传统交流内阻测试仪相比,具有快速、准确、稳定性好、标准差小等特点,适合于电动汽车动力电池的管理优化,以提高车辆的动力性能和安全性能以及增加续航里程。A set of online intelligent measuring device for internal resistance of lithium battery is designed by adopting AC constant current injection, phase-voltage conversion and small-signal precise measurement technology. The internal resistance test and comparative analysis of the lithium battery has been carried out many times. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional AC inner resistance tester, the device has the characteristics of fast, accurate, well stability and small standard deviation for measuring the internal resistance of lithium batteries. It is suitable for the management and optimization of electric vehicle power batteries, so as to improve vehicle power performance and security, and to increase endurance mileage.
