摘　　要：目的:探讨血液灌流串联血液透析对急性百草枯中毒患者肝、肾、肺靶器官损伤的影响。方法:选取我院急诊病房2018年3月至2020年9月期间收治的101例急性百草枯中毒患者作为研究对象,按数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组50例采用血液灌流治疗,观察组51例给予血液灌流串联血液透析治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗1 d后、治疗3 d后肾功能、肝功能、肺功能。结果:治疗1 d和3 d后,观察组血肌酐、尿素氮、β2-微球蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、二氧化碳分压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),氧分压、实际碳酸氢盐、剩余碱均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血液灌流串联血液透析可有效减轻急性百草枯中毒患者的肝、肾、肺损伤。Objective To investigate the effect of hemoperfusion in series with hemodialysis on liver,kidney and lung damage in patients with acute paraquat poisoning.Methods From March 2018 to September 2020,101 patients with acute paraquat poisoning were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table.Fifty patients were treated with hemoperfusion in the control group,and fifty-one patients were treated with hemoperfusion in series with hemodialysis in the observation group.Renal function,liver function,and lung function were observed before treatment,after treatment for 1 day,and after treatment for 3 days in two groups.Results After 1 d and 3 d of the treatment,blood creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,β2-microglobulin,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,total bilirubin,alkaline phosphatase,carbon dioxide partial pressure levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),although oxygen partial pressure,actual bicarbonate,residual alkali were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemoperfusion in series with hemodialysis can effectively reduce liver,kidney and lung damage in patients with acute paraquat poisoning.
