摘　　要：工业文化公共选修课以推动我国工业文化教育为宗旨,着力培养符合新时代中国特色社会主义现代化建设需要的复合型人才,以促进我国现代工业的转型升级和提质增效。随着科技与人文在理论教学及社会实践中的不断融合,工业文化公共选修课亟待进行探索性教学改革,应将科技与人文融合贯穿教学全过程,持续更新教学理念、完善教学内容、改进教学方法、提升教师素质、健全评价机制,最大限度提升教学效能,真正培养德智体美劳全面发展的复合型人才。Industrial Culture is a public elective course with the aim of promoting China's industrial culture education,focusing on cultivating talents who meet the needs of the socialist modernization construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era,to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's modern industry and improve quality and efficiency.With the integration of science,technology and humanities in theoretical teaching and social practice,the public elective course of Industrial Culture needs to be reformed in an exploratory way,continuously renew the teaching idea,perfect the teaching content,improve the teaching method,improve the teachers'quality,perfect the evaluation mechanism,and maximize the teaching efficiency.
