山西高校体育选项课的教学现状与对策研究

摘　　要：山西省在体育教育方面具有明显优势。以山西高校体育选项课教学为载体,分析了当前高校体育选项课的教育现状及教育问题,在对部分问题进行系统性分析的基础上,提出了部分理论性解决对策,使各地区能够围绕山西高校体育选项课教学发展,完善体育选项课教育体系,以期更好从理论探究角度提高高校体育选项课的教学质量。Shanxi Province has obvious advantages in physical education.Taking the teaching of physical education optional courses in Shanxi colleges and universities as a carrier,this paper analyzes the current educational status and educational problems of physical education optional courses in colleges and universities.The development of the teaching of optional physical education courses in colleges and universities,and the improvement of the education system of optional physical education courses,in order to better improve the teaching quality of optional physical education courses in colleges and universities from the perspective of theoretical exploration.
