马克思异化劳动思想的主要来源、创新及现实启示——基于《1844年经济学哲学手稿》的考察

摘　　要：马克思在《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中阐释的异化劳动思想,有着深厚的思想与社会根基:对黑格尔与费尔巴哈异化思想的批判与吸收及超越和对现实社会的考察。马克思异化劳动思想立足于人类解放的制高点,是时代的创新:揭开异化劳动的样态,揭露异化劳动的本质,揭发异化劳动的危害,揭穿异化劳动的根源,指明异化劳动的归宿。马克思异化劳动思想的现实启示在于四个方面的逻辑统一:以观念变革强化人的劳动光荣理念;以智能化推动人的劳动解放;以完善公平公正劳动机制保障人的劳动权益;以人与自然和谐共生发展实现人的劳动自由。The alienated labor thought explained by Marx in Economics and Philosophy Manuscripts of 1844has a profound ideological and social foundation: Based on criticism,absorption and transcendence of the alienation thought of Hegel and Feuerbach,as well as Marx’s investigation of the real society.Marx’s thought of labor is based on the commanding heights of human liberation and is an innovation of the times: He uncovered the form of alienated labor,exposed the nature of alienated labor,exposed the harm of alienated labor,exposed the root of alienated labor,and finally pointed out the destination of alienated labor. The realistic enlightenment of Marx’s alienated labor thought is manifested in the logical unity of four aspects: Strengthen the concept of human labor glory through conceptual change;Promote human labor liberation through intelligence;Protect people’s labor rights and interests by perfecting a fair and just labor mechanism;The freedom of labor is realized through the harmonious and symbiotic development of man and nature.
