芪黄汤结合化瘀针刺法治疗功能性子宫出血(气虚血瘀型)的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨芪黄汤结合化瘀针刺法治疗功能性子宫出血(气虚血瘀型)的效果。方法:选取96例功能性子宫出血(气虚血瘀型)患者为研究对象,随机分为参照组与观察组各48例,参照组患者采取优思悦治疗,观察组患者在参照组治疗基础上结合芪黄汤、化瘀针刺法进行治疗,观察两组治疗总有效率、止血效果、治疗前后中医证候积分变化及子宫内膜厚度变化、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率优于参照组(P<0.05);观察组患者止血效果更佳,患者控制出血时间及完全止血时间均比参照组短(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者中医证候(出血、小腹疼痛、气短懒言、神疲嗜睡、畏寒肢冷、厌食等)积分、子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者中医证候积分、子宫内膜厚度均改善,观察组治疗后中医证候积分、子宫内膜厚度指标均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组1例恶心,参照组1例头痛,不良反应均较少,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芪黄汤结合化瘀针刺法治疗功能性子宫出血(气虚血瘀型)效果良好,安全、可行。Objective To observe the effect of Qi-Huang Decoction combined with stasis-removing acupuncture on functional uterine bleeding(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).Method 96 patients with functional uterine bleeding in patients with qi deficiency,blood stasis type) were enrolled into the study,with random number table method divided 96 patients into two groups,control group and observation group,respectively,all 48 cases,control group patients treated with ustar yue,observation group of patients based on optimal thought yue treatment when combined with stilbene,blood acupuncture treatment,Data observation:total effective rate of treatment,hemostatic effect,integral changes of TCM syndromes(bleeding,lower abdomen pain,shortness of breath,lethargy,chills and cold limbs,anorexia,etc.),changes of endometrial thickness and adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05,two group of patients after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(bleeding,abdomen pain,weakness,shortness of breath lazy words god sleepiness,cold,and cold limbs,anorexia,etc.) integral,the thickness of the endometrium to improve,After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome(bleeding,lower abdomen pain,shortness of breath,lazy speech,drowsiness,chills and cold limbs,anorexia,etc.) and endometrial thickness indexes in the observation group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qi-huang Decoction combined with stasis-removing acupuncture has a good effect on functional uterine bleeding(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),which is safe and feasible.
