定位标尺应用于腹部皮下注射低分子肝素对降低皮下出血及并发症的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨定位标尺应用于腹部皮下注射低分子肝素对降低皮下出血及并发症的应用效果。方法:选择行腹部皮下注射低分子肝素的患者104例,随机分为两组,各52例。对照组给予常规方法行腹部皮下注射低分子肝素,观察组给予定位标尺定位后行腹部皮下注射低分子肝素。对比两组皮下出血情况、并发症发生率及注射部位疼痛程度。结果:观察组皮下出血发生率低于对照组,且皮下出血程度轻于对照组;观察组总并发症发生率低于对照组;观察组注射部位疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:腹部注射定位标尺应用于腹部皮下注射低分子肝素中不仅可降低并发症发生率和皮下出血发生率,还可减轻皮下出血程度及注射部位疼痛程度。Objective To explore the application effect of positioning ruler applied in abdominal subcutaneous injection of low-molecular-weight heparin in reducing subcutaneous hemorrhage and complications.Method A total of 104 patients with low molecular weight heparin injected into the abdomen were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 52 cases in each group.The control group was given the conventional method by abdominal subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin,and the observation group was given the positioning ruler and then received the abdominal subcutaneous injection of low molecular heparin.The degree of subcutaneous hemorrhage,the incidence of complications and the degree of pain at the injection site were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the degree of subcutaneous hemorrhage was lighter than that of the control group;the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the observation group had less pain at the injection site in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the positioning ruler for abdominal injection in low molecular weight heparin subcutaneous injection in the abdomen can not only reduce the incidence of complications and subcutaneous hemorrhage,but also reduce the degree of subcutaneous hemorrhage and the degree of pain at the injection site.
