摘　　要：目的:分析带锁髓内钉内固定疗法对四肢创伤骨折后骨不连的治疗效果。方法:选取70例四肢创伤骨折后骨不连患者进行治疗方案的研究,采取随机分组研究,患者分别采用加压钢板(对照组)及带锁髓内钉内固定(观察组)治疗。结果:观察组患者手术相关指标及骨折愈合情况均优于对照组;观察组手术安全性较对照组高;观察组手术治疗效果优于对照组;观察组预后恢复相关指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:带锁髓内钉内固定手术应用在四肢创伤骨折后骨不连的临床治疗中,手术时间短,创伤小,术后恢复好;且手术能够显著改善骨不连症状,引发的并发症较少,肢体功能及生活自理能力改善效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation on nonunion after traumatic fracture of limbs.Method 70 patients with nonunion after traumatic fracture of limbs were selected for the treatment scheme.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients were treated with compression plate(control group) and interlocking intramedullary nail(observation group).Results The operation related indexes and fracture healing in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The safety of operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The effect of surgical treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The related indexes of prognosis recovery in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interlocking intramedullary nail in the clinical treatment of nonunion after traumatic fracture of limbs has the advantages of short operation time,less trauma and good postoperative recovery;The operation can significantly improve the symptoms of bone nonunion,cause fewer complications,and improve limb function and self-care ability.
