信息化延续护理在中药穴位敷贴治疗门诊小儿哮喘缓解期中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨信息化延续护理在中药穴位敷贴治疗门诊小儿哮喘缓解期中的应用。方法:选取在门诊就诊行中药穴位敷贴的小儿哮喘缓解期患儿106例,应用随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组及对照组,每组各53例。对照组行常规门诊健康指导,观察组实施信息化延续护理指导,比较两组患儿治疗依从性、治疗效果及家属治疗满意度。结果:观察组患儿疾病知识知晓率、治疗依从率及家属治疗满意率高于对照组,观察组干预后呼吸流量峰值(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)、1s用力呼吸容积(FEV1)较对照组明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:信息化延续护理能有效提高门诊哮喘患儿对疾病的认知及了解,从而提高患儿治疗依从性,有效改善患儿呼吸功能,提高家属治疗满意度。Objective To explore the application of information-based continuation of nursing in the treatment of outpatient asthma with acupoint application of Chinese medicine in the remission period.Method 106 cases of children with asthma in remission stage who were treated with traditional chinese medicine acupoint application in the outpatient clinic were selected.The children were divided into observation group and control group by random number table.53 cases in each group.The control group were underwented with routine outpatient health guidance.The observation group were underwented with information-based continuous nursing guidance.The reatment compliance,treatment effects,and treatment satisfaction with family members of two groups were compared.Results The disease knowledge awareness rate,treatment compliance rate,total effective rate of treatment,and satisfaction rate of family members of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).The peak respiratory flow(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC),and forced breathing volume(FEV1) of observation group after intervention were significantly improved than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Information-based continuous nursing can effectively improve the cognition and understanding of the disease in children with asthma in outpatient clinics,thereby improving the compliance of the children with treatment,effectively improving the respiratory function of the children,and increasing the satisfaction of the family members in treatment.
