摘　　要：目的:总结单中心颈动脉内膜剥脱手术(CEA)的护理配合。方法:对行CEA的40例颈动脉狭窄患者临床资料及护理配合过程进行回顾性分析。结果:40例手术配合顺利,无手术死亡。术后1例出现声音嘶哑,1周后恢复,1例1个月后出现慢性闭塞,无临床症状,围手术期无护理并发症发生。术后随访12~36个月,35例临床症状均得到改善,5例无新发缺血症状。结论:单中心做好颈动脉狭窄术者规范化的诊疗评估及术前心理护理,做好术前特殊器械、用物准备,合适的手术体位,术中密切观察病情,注重细节,熟悉手术步骤及娴熟医护配合是手术成功的关键。Objective To summarize the nursing cooperation of single center carotid endarterectomy(CEA).Method The clinical data and nursing cooperation process of 40 patients with carotid artery stenosis underwent CEA were retrospectively analyzed.Results 40 cases were successfully cooperated and no death occurred during operation.Postoperative hoarseness occurred in 1 case and recovered 1 week later,and chronic occlusion occurred in 1 case with no clinical symptoms.No nursing complications occurred during the perioperative period.After 12~36 months of follow-up,35 cases had improved clinical symptoms,and 5 cases had no new ischemia symptoms.Conclusion The key to the success of the operation is the standardized diagnosis and treatment evaluation and preoperative psychological nursing for the patients with carotid artery stenosis in the single center,the preparation of special instruments and materials before operation,the appropriate surgical position,the close observation of the condition during operation,the familiarity with the surgical procedures and the skilled medical cooperation.
