儿童输液室管理过程中给予环节管理的效果及家属护理满意度情况

摘　　要：目的:分析环节管理在儿童输液室管理中的应用效果,观察对患儿及家属的影响。方法:选取儿童输液室输液治疗的80例患儿作为研究对象,按时间先后顺序分组,对照组(n=40)行常规输液室护理管理,观察组(n=40)行输液室环节管理,观察两组的一次穿刺成功率、风险事件发生率、家属满意度等。结果:观察组一次穿刺成功率为95.00%、不良反应发生率为7.50%、风险事件发生率为5.00%,对照组分别75.00%、25.00%、20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组遵医行为评分(92.68±3.51)分、家属对护理的满意度评分(92.62±3.58)分,对照组分别为(65.16±3.77)分、(75.52±3.78)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:环节管理不仅能够提高护理人员一次穿刺成功率,还能提高患儿及家属的遵医行为及满意度,有效降低不良事件和风险事件,有利于促进医患关系和谐发展,具有重要的研究价值。Objective To analyze the effect of link management in the management of children’s transfusion room,and to observe the influence on children and their families.Method In this study,80 cases of children receiving transfusion treatment in children’s transfusion room were selected as subjects and divided into groups according to time sequence,the control group(n=40) was given routine nursing management,and the observation Group(n= 40) was given routine management.The success rate of one-time puncture,the rate of risk events and the satisfaction of family members were observed.Results The success rate of one puncture was 95.00%,the rate of adverse reaction was 7.50%,the rate of risk events was 5.00% in the observation group,and 75.00%,25.00%,20.00% in the control group,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance behavior score(92.68 ± 3.51) and the satisfaction score(92.62 ± 3.58) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(65.16 ± 3.77) and(75.52 ± 3.78) respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Link management can not only improve the success rate of one-time puncture,but also improve the compliance behavior and satisfaction of patients and their families,effectively reduce adverse events and risk events,and promote the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship,it has important research value.
