摘 要:悬浮床加氢技术是当前石化行业的前沿技术,可实现资源清洁高效转化及提高资源利用率,但该工艺运行过程中需要外排一部分固体残渣,常作为废弃物直接焚烧,不仅污染环境,还浪费资源、增加成本。为实现固体残渣的清洁高效利用,介绍了循环进料、焦化进料、调和沥青、制取碳材料、分离处理、气化制氢等加工利用方式的研究进展,分析了各种加工利用方式存在的问题。悬浮床加氢固体残渣的加工利用技术目前大都处于实验研究阶段,尚未得到工业化应用,未来需要深入探索、寻求突破,以实现资源清洁高效利用和低碳环保的目标。Slurry-bed hydrogenation is a cutting-edge technology in current petrochemical industry,by which the clean and efficient conversion and utilization of resource materials can be achieved.However,some solid residues discharged during the operation of the plant were often subject to incineration for disposal of a waste,which not only contaminated the environment but also resulted in a waste of resources and high operation cost.In order to realize the clean and efficient utilization of the solid residue,the research and development of the technologies for processing and utilization of it such as circulated feeding,coking feeding,blended asphalt,preparation of carbon materials,separation and gasification for hydrogen production were presented where the existing problems of each technique were also studied.Currently the processing and utilization of solid residue from slurry-bed hydrogenation remains at experi-mental study stage and has not been put into operation yet,some in-depth research programs need to be implemented to make breakthroughs and achieve goals expected in clean and efficient utilization of the resources with a low-carbon emission and environmental friendly solution.
