摘  要:对贵州某胶磷矿中石英及倍半氧化物进行了反浮选脱除工艺研究,以WF-01为阴离子反浮选脱镁捕收剂、LH-01为阳离子反浮选脱硅铝捕收剂,经预先脱泥及2粗3精1扫双反浮选工艺流程,可以获得P_(2)O_(5)品位为35.12%、P_(2)O_(5)回收率为76.00%、MER值为8.06%的磷精矿指标,该磷精矿可直接用于净化磷酸(PPA)的生产;同时还可以获得P_(2)O_(5)品位为24.07%、SiO_(2)质量分数为22.18%、MgO质量分数为1.38%、倍半氧化物质量分数为9.27%、P_(2)O_(5)回收率为11.59%的中精矿指标,该中精矿可直接成球用于黄磷生产;综合P_(2)O_(5)回收率达到了87.59%。试验结果表明,LH-01是一种绿色无毒、泡沫稳定性可控的阳离子季铵盐反浮选脱硅铝捕收剂,具有泡沫脆而易碎、流动性好、无需消泡的显著特点,其在本试验中的成功应用为基于泡沫调控的反浮选脱硅铝工艺的工业化应用创造了技术条件。The reverse flotation process for removing quartz and sesquioxides from a phosphate rock in Guizhou was studied.Using WF-01 as anionic collector for removal of magnesium and LH-01 as cationic collector for removal of silica-alumina,the double reverse flotation circuits were composed of desliming of the flotation feed and two rou-ghings,three cleanings and one scavenging,the phosphate concentrate assayed 35.12% P_(2)O_(5),with 76.00% P_(2)O_(5) recovery and 8.06% MER(ratio of R_(2)O_(3) to P_(2)O_(5))could be produced,this concentrate was subjected directly to PPA(purified phosphoric acid)production.Meanwhile,the middlings contained 24.07% P_(2)O_(5),22.18% SiO_(2),1.38% MgO and 9.27% R_(2)O_(3)(Fe_(2)O_(3)+Al_(2)O_(3))with 11.59% P_(2)O_(5) recovery could be also obtained,which were delivered to yellow phosphorus plant after pelletization.The process had an overall P_(2)O_(5) recovery of 87.59%.The experimental results show that LH-01 was a cationic collector based on quaternary ammonium salt used for reverse flotation of the phosphate rock and exhibited green operation,toxic free and stable froth,particularly for removal of silicon-aluminum impurities.In presence of the collector,fragile froth was allowed to come out of the flotation cells in which no froth destroyer was to be added then flowed smoothly,because of said remarkable performance the successful application of the collector in this experiment created technical conditions for the commercialization of the technology for reverse flotation based on controllable frothing for removal of silicon-aluminum impurities.
