摘 要:当下向分层胶结充填法转为无底柱分段崩落法时,需要诱导顶板胶结充填体和上部围岩构成的人造-天然复合岩层冒落形成覆盖层。以某大型有色金属矿山为工程背景,采用非连续变形分析方法对人造-天然复合岩层的冒落机理、模式及过程开展数值模拟研究,结果表明,由于胶结充填体强度较低且顶板围岩富含连续性较好的光滑陡立节理,加之矿区存在较为显著的水平构造应力,导致矿山在崩落法回采过程中顶板复合岩层极易突发直贯地表的大规模冒落,需要严格防控大规模冒落带来的气浪冲击危害和冲击振动危害,在实际生产中建议采用均匀扩展采空区和预留散体矿石等预防措施。As the mining operation is being turned from downwards cut and cemented fill to the sublevel caving,the caving of artificial-natural composite rock stratum composed of cemented roof fill and upper surrounding rock is required to be induced to form overburden.With the project reference of a large non-ferrous metal mine,discontinuous deformation analysis was employed to carry out the numerical simulation study on the mechanism,mode and process of caving of artificial-natural composite rock stratum.The research results show that the low intensity of cemented filling and the fact that the surrounding rock contained much steep joints with good continuity and the distinct horizontal tectonic stress in the mining area were very likely to result in the sudden massive caving of composite roof rock stratum during the caving mining.It is necessary to strictly prevent and control the air wave impact hazards and impact vibration hazards caused by the massive caving.In practical operation,such precautions as evenly extension of the mined out area and reservation of bulk ore are recommended to be taken.
