摘 要:针对已安装在生产线上长时间使用后锈蚀的输送管道,研究提出一种输送管道外表面刚柔协同自动快速除锈方法和新型高效除锈装置,研究分析除锈头中砂轮条除锈机理,并建立除锈力数学模型;详细分析除锈头的复合运动情况及其砂轮条对锈蚀输送管道的单次重复除锈区域和重复除锈次数,并使用Matlab软件进行数值仿真,由理论分析和数值仿真结果可知,砂轮条与输送管道的接触长度越长,砂轮条绕输送管道的旋转速度越快,移动部件的移动速度越慢,则轴向移动一个接触长度距离时,砂轮条绕输送管道的旋转圈数越多,砂轮条对输送管道的单次重复除锈区域越大,重复除锈区域的被除锈次数越多。通过控制装置设计参数和工作参数,可以实现对不同锈蚀程度输送管道的高效除锈。Aiming at the rusted transmission pipeline installed on the production line for a long time,a rigid flexible collaborative automatic rapid derusting method and a new high-efficiency derusting device on the outer surface of the transmission pipeline were studied and proposed.The derusting mechanism of the grinding wheel strip in the derusting head was studied and analyzed,and the mathematical model of derusting force was established.The composite motion of the derusting head and the single repeated derusting area and repeated derusting times of the grinding wheel strip on the rusted conveying pipeline were analyzed in detail,and the numerical simulation was carried out with Matlab software.According to the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results,the longer the contact length between the grinding wheel strip and the conveying pipeline,the faster the rotation speed of the grinding wheel strip around the conveying pipeline and the slower the moving speed of the moving parts.When the grinding wheel moves a contact length distance axially,the more the number of rotations of the grinding wheel around the conveying pipe,the larger the single repeated derusting area of the grinding wheel on the conveying pipe,and the more times the repeated derusting area is derusted.By controlling the design parameters and working parameters of the device,the efficient rust removal of transmission pipelines with different corrosion degrees can be realized.
