摘 要:电梯制动性能是电梯安全性能系统中的核心组成部分,制动性能不足的问题是系统性风险。电梯制动性能是否可靠直接关系到乘客用梯的安全性,除了采用现行的125%载荷试验外,125%制动试验的替代方法也在兴起,尤其是无载荷制动性能检测方法的兴起。通过列举目前国内的几种电梯制动性能无载荷检测技术或方法,分析、比较其测试原理、优缺点、适用性,找出一种较优方案。同时提出了一种更科学的检测方法,能够对电梯制动性能进行评价,明确导致制动性能下降的具体因素,同时为电梯制动性能的调整提出方案和整改方向。Elevator braking performance is the core component of elevator safety performance system,the problem of insufficient braking performance is a systemic risk.Whether the elevator braking performance is reliable is directly related to the safety of passenger elevators.In addition to using the current 125%load test,alternatives to 125%brake testing are also emerging,especially the rise of no-load braking performance detection methods.By enumerating several domestic no-load detection technologies or methods of elevator braking performance,the test principle,advantages and disadvantages,applicability were analyzed and compared,and a better scheme was found.At the same time,a more scientific detection method was proposed,which could evaluate the braking performance of the elevator,clarify the specific factors that lead to the decline of the braking performance,and put forward the plan and rectification direction for the adjustment of the braking performance of the elevator.
