摘 要:近年来日益频发的地震灾害曝露了变电站系统抗震能力弱、修复时间长、社会影响巨大的问题,使得变电站及其设备的抗震性能研究引起了广泛关注。为了全面评估变电站应对地震风险和震后快速恢复的能力,将抗震韧性概念运用于变电站系统,文中首先对不同系统的韧性基本概念和研究现状进行了综述,详细介绍了不同的韧性指标和韧性评估方法。随后结合变电站的功能和结构特点,提出了基于设备地震易损性和系统分析模型来量化变电站系统抗震韧性的评估流程,并指出了未来的研究重点。The frequent seismic disasters in recent years have revealed such problem of substation system as high seismic vulnerability,long restoration time and huge social impact,which have attracted a wide attention on the seis⁃mic performance research of the substation and the involved electrical equipment.For comprehensively assessing the capability of substation to deal with seismic risk and fast recovery after the seismic,the concept of seismic resilience is applied to the substation system.In this paper,the basic resilience concept and the current research progress of different systems are described firstly and the resilience indexes and assessment methods are introduced in detail.Then,it is proposed to quantify the assessment flow chart of seismic resilience of substation system on the basis of seismic vulnerability of equipment and system analysis model in combination with function and structure feature of the substation.And the key point of future research is pointed out.
