摘  要:现有变电站电气设备的套管多采用陶瓷或玻璃钢纤维复合材料制成。为研究不同材料对特高压气体绝缘开关套管抗震性能的影响,根据实际工程所用的套管结构,文中分别建立了特高压气体绝缘开关瓷套管和复合套管有限元模型,探究了其动力特性及地震响应。结果表明,复合套管前两阶自振频率均小于瓷套管,且仅在瓷套管模型中发现了母线支筒顶部产生的局部变形;在相同强度地震动输入下,复合套管的加速度、应力以及顶部相对位移响应均大于瓷套管,两种材料套管均满足抗震设防烈度为8度且设计地震加速度为0.4 g的抗震要求;复合套管的应力安全系数大于瓷套管,表现了较为良好的抗震性能,但在抗震设计时应重点关注复合套管的母线冗余度。Electrical equipment bushing of existing substation is mostly made of ceramic or glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP)composite material.For studying the influence of different materials on seismic performances of ultra⁃high voltage(UHV)gas insulated switchgear(GIS)bushing,in this paper,the finite element models of the UHV GIS porcelain and GFRP composite bushings are set up respectively in accordance with the bushing structure used in practical engineering,and its dynamic characteristics and seismic responses of the bushings are studied.The results show that the first two⁃order natural frequencies of the GFRP composite bushing are smaller than those of the porce⁃lain type,and the partial deformation on top of the bus canister is only found in the porcelain bushing model.Under the same seismic intensity input,the acceleration,stress and top relative displacement response of the GFRP com⁃posite bushing are greater than those of the porcelain type.Meanwhile,the bushing of the two materials can meet the seismic requirements of a seismic fortification intensity of 8 degree and a designed seismic acceleration of 0.4g.More⁃over,the stress safety factor of the GFRP composite bushing is greater than that of the porcelain type and shows bet⁃ter seismic performance.However,in the case of seismic design,the bus redundancy of the GFRP composite bush⁃ing shall be emphasized.
