摘 要:换流变压器是换流变电站中的重要设备,但在历次地震中破坏严重。因此为研究±600 kV换流变压器回路的抗震性能,找寻回路中的薄弱环节,文中根据某工程建立了换流变压器回路的精细化有限元模型,并对回路进行了动力特性和地震响应分析。发现了地震作用下该回路的薄弱位置,得到了部件的连接方式和结构形式是影响结构响应的关键因素。通过将换流变压器单体和回路进行对比分析发现耦联体系可以明显减小设备在地震作用下的结构响应,同时金具内的铝绞线可以消耗由于地震作用产生的能量,起到耗能减震的作用。针对换流变压器回路的抗震性能分析可以为以后换流变压器回路技改和日常运维奠定基础,并为抗震设计提供了新思路。The converter transformer is an important equipment in the converter substation,but it has been severely damaged in previous seismic.Therefore,in order to study the seismic performance of±600 kV converter transformer circuit and find the weak link in the circuit,a finite element model of the converter transformer circuit in accordance with a project is set up in this paper.The dynamic characteristics and seismic responses of the whole circuit are ana⁃lyzed.The weak position of the circuit under the seismic action is found and it is concluded that the connection mode and structural form of the parts are the key factors affecting the structural response.It is found throughout the compar⁃ative analysis of converter transformer monomer and circuit that the coupling system can significantly reduce the structural response of equipment under seismic action.At the same time,the aluminum stranded wire in the fitting can consume the energy generated by the seismic and play the role of energy dissipation and shock absorption.The seismic performance analysis of converter transformer circuit can lay a foundation for technical transformation and routine operation of converter transformer circuit in the future as well as provide a new idea for seismic design.
