摘  要:为了快速评估区域电网内所有变电站的主要设备在遭遇地震灾害时的震损风险,文中通过对历年来电力设备的震害调查资料进行统计分析,将区域地震动衰减规律与设备易损性分析过程结合,得到设备在地震作用下的震损概率与震级大小和震中距的关系。在此基础上提出了区域电网内变电站设备损毁情况的震前风险评估与震后快速评估方法,并通过算例进行了模拟评估。结果表明,设备的震损概率—震中距曲线可以表征设备地震易损性随空间分布的特征,是设备震损风险快速评估方法的核心内容;该方法可同时对区域电网内所有变电站进行震损风险评估,并得到各变电站中不同类型设备的具体震损数量评估值;该方法所需评估时间短、评估效率高;震前风险评估结果可指导变电站设备备品数量安排与应急响应预案编制,震后快速评估结果可指导复电抢修人力、救灾资源调配工作。For assessing quickly the seismic damage risk of the substation equipment in regional power grid in the case of seismic disaster,the relationship between seismic damage probability and seismic magnitude as well as epi⁃center distance of the equipment under seismic action is obtained by way of statistical analysis of the seismic disaster material of the equipment over the years and of combination of attenuation of ground motion and equipment vulnera⁃bility in certain area.On this basis,the pre⁃seismic risk assessment and post⁃seismic rapid assessment methods for substation equipment in regional power grid are proposed,and a simulation assessment is performed by an example.The results show that the equipment’s seismic damage probability⁃epicenter distance curves can represent the char⁃acteristics of the seismic vulnerability with spatial distribution,which are the core content of the rapid assessment method of the seismic risk of the equipment.The proposed method can perform simultaneously seismic damage risk assessment of all substations in regional power grid,and can obtain the the seismic value of specific seismic damage quantity of different types of equipment in various substations.The method has short assessment time and high assess⁃ment efficiency.The pre⁃seismic risk assessment results can guide the quantity arrangement of spares of equipment and the preparation of emergency response plans of substation.While,the fast post⁃seismic assessment results can guide the deployment of manpower and disaster relief resources.
