摘 要:针对变电站抗震韧性的研究主要基于定性及半定量分析,为了对变电站功能水平及抗震能力进行量化研究,文中搭建了一套变电站抗震韧性评估理论体系,从系统连通性、用户关联性和社区影响性3个角度提出了变电站功能量化指标。根据变电站抗震韧性的关键特征设立了5个重要量化参数及相应的评价标准,结合一典型变电站实例得到了变电站在不同地震强度下的综合韧性等级,发现了各类韧性量化指标随地震强度的变化趋势,证明了参数量化评估体系的可行性和有效性,同时该量化评估体系及评价标准可以为电力系统韧性导则及规范的建立提供参考。The research on the seismic resilience of substation is mainly based on qualitative and semi⁃quantitative analysis.For quantifying the research of the functional level and seismic capacity of substations,a set of seismic resil⁃ience assessment theory system is set up in this paper and the quantitative indexes of substation functions are pro⁃posed from such three perspectives system connectivity,user relevance and community influence.Five important quantitative parameters and corresponding assessment standards are set up in accordance with the key characteris⁃tics of the seismic resilience of substation.The comprehensive resilience grade of the substation under different seis⁃mic intensities is obtained in combination with an example of a typical substation,finding the variation trend of vari⁃ous resilience quantitative resilience indexes with the seismic intensity.The feasibility and effectiveness of the param⁃eter quantitative assessment system are proved.At the same time,the quantitative assessment system and the evalua⁃tion standards can provide a reference for the establishment of power system resilience guidelines and specifications.
