摘 要:近年来,国内频繁出现高压输电电缆缓冲层烧蚀缺陷或故障,缓冲层烧蚀缺陷已成为影响输电电缆本体安全运行的重大问题,但目前电力部门对此类缺陷尚无较好的检测方法。文中在分析输电电缆缓冲层作用、类型及参数要求的基础上,对半导电阻水缓冲带和铜丝纤维编织布两种缓冲层结构进行了烧蚀缺陷的特征分析,并以两条故障电缆线路为研究对象,采用高次谐波法、宽频阻抗法、X射线检测法进行了检测方法的探索性试验研究。经研究分析,发现半导电阻水缓冲带和铜丝纤维编织布缓冲层结构的烧蚀缺陷虽表征现象相似,但引起烧蚀的原因不同。高次谐波法的现场实际检测结论没有针对性,难以指导生产应用;宽频阻抗法测试的阻抗波动重复性不佳,对局部缺陷点的定位效果不好;X射线成像技术对电缆缓冲层烧蚀缺陷具有一定的检测效果,但铜丝纤维编织布及铝护套等金属物质对烧蚀缺陷的灰度对比影响较大。In recent years,many buffer layer ablation defects or faults of HV cable have appeared frequently in Chi⁃na and the buffer layer ablation defects have become an major problem affecting safe operation of cross⁃linked poly⁃ethylene HV cable.However,the utility at present does not have good detection method to such defects.In this paper,the characteristic analysis of ablation defects for such two kinds of buffer layer structures as semi⁃conductive water⁃proof buffer tape and copper fiber woven cloth are analyzed on the basis of analyzing the function,type and parame⁃ter requirement of the buffer layer of transmission cable.Two faulty lines are taken as the study object to perform ex⁃ploratory tests and study by the use of such detection methods as harmonic diagnosis system,broadband impedance spectroscopy as well as X⁃ray imaging technology.It is found through the study that the ablation phenomena of semi⁃conductive waterproof buffer tape is similar to that of copper fiber woven cloth,yet the causes of ablation are differ⁃ent.The actual site detection conclusion of higher harmonic method is not specific and is difficult to guide the produc⁃tion application.While,the repeatability of impedance fluctuation measured by broadband impedance spectroscopy is not optimal and the location effect of partial defect point is imperfect.The X⁃ray imaging technology has a definite detection effect to the ablation defect of the buffer layer of cable,but metallic materials such as copper fiber woven cloth and aluminium sheath would greatly affect the grayscale contrast.
