摘 要:针对大容量叠装干式空心电抗器线圈本体以及漏磁导致的金属辅件发热问题,文中依托于渝鄂背靠背柔性直流联网工程叠装桥臂电抗器,采用理论分析、仿真计算与试验验证相结合的方法,研究大容量叠装空心电抗器线圈本体发热以及漏磁导致的金属辅件发热问题。研究结果表明:①温度场仿真与温升试验结果基本吻合;②上线圈热点温升比下线圈热点温升高约18 K;③采用抑制涡流设计,可以将金属辅件温升控制在合理范围内。上述研究成果可为后期大容量叠装电抗器的温升设计提供借鉴。In view of the heating problem of coil proper of large capacity stacked dry⁃type air⁃core reactor and of met⁃al accessories due to leakage flux,such problem of them is studied on the basis of stacked bridge arm reactor of Chongqing⁃Hubei back⁃to⁃back VSC⁃HVDC project and by the use of the method combining theoretical analysis,sim⁃ulation calculation and test verification.The research results show that:Firstly,the results of temperature field simu⁃lation are basically in agreement with those of temperature rise test;Secondly,the hot spot temperature rise of upper coil is about 18 K higher than that of the lower coil;Thirdly,adoption of eddy current suppression design can control the temperature rise of the metal accessories within a reasonable range.The research results mentioned above can provide reference for the design of temperature rise of subsequent large capacity stacked reactor.
