摘　　要：视频智能分析平台是基于最前沿的视频AI算法,可实时分析道路运行状况,智能识别多种交通事件,并自动进行声光、弹窗报警,协同其他高速业务系统与工作人员进行快速联动处置,提供典型的视频智能应用与大数据可视化指挥服务。同时,该平台可接入互联网服务数据,将路况及关键事件及时发送给出行用户,实现了以全自动事件驱动来代替人工巡查的全新路况监控方式,从而提升高速公路运营的管理效率、提升道路的通行效率、降低交通事故伤亡率、保障交通安全。This article introduces the application research of video intelligent analysis platform in Chengdu Ring Expressway(G4202).Based on the most cutting-edge video AI algorithm,the platform ana⁃lyzes the road operation condition in real time,intelligently identifies various traffic events,and automati⁃cally pop up alarm,cooperates with other high-speed business systems and personnel,provides typical video intelligent application and big data visual command service,and access the Internet service data,timely reveals road conditions and key events to travel users.A new road condition monitoring method with fully automatic event drive instead of manual inspection is realized.To achieve the purpose of im⁃proving expressway operation and management efficiency,improving road traffic efficiency,reduce the ca⁃sualty rate of traffic accidents,and ensure traffic safety.
