摘 要:为进一步提高气体扩散法分离^(13)C同位素的效率,在前期初步实验的基础上,开展单级扩散分离参数优化实验研究,并进行高丰度^(13)C同位素制备的级联方案初步设计。在相对优化的实验参数条件下,气体扩散分离二氧化碳的基本全分离系数可以达到1.01以上。对单级分离实验数据进行计算,初步拟合出供料流量与膜前后压强的函数关系。采用多元分离理论对扩散分离二氧化碳进行级联分析计算,以天然二氧化碳为原料,可通过两次级联分离获得高丰度^(13)C同位素。第一次阶梯级联分离的重馏分^(13)C同位素丰度大于42%,并将其作为第二次阶梯级联分离的供料,第二次阶梯级联分离的轻馏分^(13)C同位素丰度大于90%。In order to further improve the separation effect of ^(13)C isotope by gas diffusion method,on the basis of preliminary experiments,the single-stage diffusion separation parameter optimization experimental study and the preliminary design of the cascade scheme for the production of high-abundance ^(13)C isotope are carried out.Under relatively optimized experimental parameters,the overall separation factor of gas diffusion separation of carbon dioxide can reach more than 1.01.Calculate the experimental data of single-stage separation and initially fit the function relationship between the feed flow rate and the pressure before and after the membrane.The multivariate separation theory is used to carry out cascade analysis and calculation for the diffusion separation of carbon dioxide.With natural carbon dioxide as the feed,high abundance ^(13)C isotope can be obtained through two cascade separations.The ^(13)C isotope abundance of the heavy fraction in the first squared-off cascade separation is greater than 42%,and it is used as the feed for the second squared-off cascade separation,and the ^(13)C isotope abundance of the light fraction in the second squared-off cascade separation is greater than 90%.
