摘  要:针对井下现有工业远程遥控装置信号不稳定、抗干扰性差、遥控距离短、硬件电路不符合本安设计等问题,设计一款矿用本安型遥控接收与发射装置。该遥控装置主控芯片选用STM32f103,硬件电路采用防雷和防浪涌设计,信号传输距离更远更稳定,符合本安型电路设计要求;遥控手柄采取可视化设计,可通过液晶屏监测井下情况。软件程序采用模块化设计,可读性强,运行效率更高。调试表明,该遥控装置抗干扰能力更强,传输距离更远,为井下设备无线控制提供了稳定可靠的设备支持。Aiming at the problems of unstable signal,poor anti-interference,short remote control distance and hardware circuit not in conformity with intrinsically safe design of existing industrial remote control device,a intrinsically safe remote control receiving and transmitting device for mining is designed.The main control chip of the remote control device is STM32f103.The hardware circuit is designed with lightning protection and surge protection.The signal transmission distance is longer and more stable,which meets the design requirements of intrinsically safe circuit.The remote control handle adopts visual design to monitor down hole conditions through the LCD screen.The software program adopts modular design,which is readable and more efficient.The debugging shows that the remote control device has stronger anti-interference ability and longer transmission distance,which provides stable and reliable equipment support for wireless control of down hole equipment.
