摘 要:井下提速工具分为振动类,脉冲类、压力推进类等。其中振动类的自激式水力振荡器有诸多优点。如经济成本低、工作可靠性高、结构紧凑、无活动的部件和密封件。相比较其它水力振荡器而言具有更短的尺寸、更低的压降。更加有效的减小摩阻,降低发生托压和卡钻的概率,提高钻进效率。为了降低钻进中的摩阻,研制了自激式无反馈流道涡流水力振荡器。该振荡器由卷吸引射腔和涡流室组成,利用附壁效应和涡流室形成周期性振荡,形成轴向振动。利用ANSY,采用二维模型,模拟分析水力振荡器工作机理、结构参数和入口流量对振荡效果的影响。模拟揭示了,自激式无反馈流道涡流水力振荡器的振荡幅值和频率与入口流量呈正相关。分析模拟结果得到,利用不同的入口流量可以达到不同的脉动振荡和振荡幅值,从而满足在钻进不同阶段对振荡频率和振荡幅值的要求。Downhole speed tools are divided into vibration,pulse,pressure propulsion and so on.The vibration self-excited hydraulic oscillator has many advantages.Such as low cost,high reliability,compact structure,inactive components and seals.Compared with other hydraulic oscillators,it has shorter size and lower pressure drop.More effectively reduce friction,reduce the probability of pressure and sticking,improve drilling efficiency.In order to reduce the friction in drilling,a self-excited vortex hydraulic oscillator without feedback channel was developed.The oscillator is composed of a coil suction cavity and a vortex chamber.The periodic oscillation is formed by the wall effect and the vortex chamber,and the axial vibration is formed.Used ANSYS,and the two-dimensional model was used to simulate and analyze the influence of the working mechanism,structural parameters and inlet flow rate of the hydraulic oscillator on the oscillation effect.The simulation revealed that the oscillation amplitude and frequency of the self-excited vortex hydraulic oscillator without feedback channel were positively correlated with the inlet flow.According to the simulation results,different pulsating oscillation and oscillation amplitude could be achieved by using different inlet flow rates,so as to meet the requirements of oscillation frequency and oscillation amplitude at different drilling stages.
