摘  要:为提高便携式超声波流量计在非标准安装条件下的校准能力,该文以球阀为扰流件,以便携式超声波流量计为研究对象,利用数值模拟与实流实验相结合的方法确定换能器在V型声程条件下的最优布置区域p,揭示了球阀开度K与前直管段长度L对测量精度的影响规律。结果表明,在K≥50%与p在定义基准位置d±10°偏差范围内,由L不足引入的测量误差通过修正,可保证测量精度在±1%以内,重复性在0.33%以内。该研究对提高便携式超声波流量计在非标准安装条件下的校准能力具有重要意义。In order to improve the calibration ability of portable ultrasonic flowmeter under non-standard installation conditions,this paper takes the ball valve as the spoiler and the portable ultrasonic flowmeter as the research object,uses the combination of numerical simulation and real flow experiment to determine the optimal layout area p of the transducer under the condition of V-shaped sound path,and reveals the influence law of the opening K of the ball valve and the length L of the front straight pipe on the measurement accuracy.The results show that within the range of K≥50%and p within±10°of the defined reference position d,the measurement error caused by L deficiency can be corrected to ensure that the measurement accuracy is within±1%and the repeatability is within 0.33%.This research is of great significance to improve the calibration ability of portable ultrasonic flowmeter under non-standard installation conditions.
