摘 要:随着防爆技术的发展,防爆电气设备按照原理主要分为隔爆型、本质安全型、浇封型等,其中隔爆型电气设备的使用最为广泛。其隔爆性能的优劣直接影响到整个使用场所的安全性。为有效开展隔爆电气设备的隔爆性能检测,研制了一套基于虚拟仪器技术的隔爆试验检测系统。系统硬件设计采用统一打包封装,并进行电气化改造。系统软件采用虚拟仪器技术进行模块化设计,提高系统的准确性和稳定性。试验结果表明,该系统实现了对隔爆型电气设备外壳隔爆性能的自动检测,检测数据可靠,结论正确,提高了检测效率。With the development of explosion-proof technology,explosion-proof electrical equipment is mainly divided into flameproof type,intrinsically safe type,pouring type.Among them,flameproof electrical equipment is the most widely used.Its flame-proof performance directly affects the safety of the whole place of use.In order to effectively test the flameproof performance of flameproof electrical equipment,a flameproof test system based on virtual instrument technology was developed.The hardware design of the system adopts unified packaging and electrification transformation.The system uses virtual instrument technology for modular design to improve the accuracy and stability of the system.The test results show that the system can automatically detect the flameproof performance of flameproof electrical equipment enclosure,the detection data is reliable,the conclusion is correct,and the detection efficiency is improved.
